Each page includes the typical written story and illustrations as well as the associated Auslan signs, meaning you can choose to read or sign your way from start to finish. There’s also a handy gallery of all the signs at the back of the book, perfect for practice after reading the book.  

This is a fantastic introduction to the world of Auslan for both the hearing and deaf communities and another big step in ensuring every child sees themselves represented in books and the wider world.
