Ergonomically shaped and made to fit the contours of the hand, Eggserciser’s feel great in your hand. They’re designed to provide effective resistive therapy in a wide variety of exercises for the fingers, hand, wrist, and forearm. With regular use, you can improve grip strength, increase dexterity and mobility and develop motor skills.

Heating the Eggserciser in a container of warm water for 3-4 minutes, or chilling in the fridge prior to activities can help to provide another form of sensory stimulation.
